FULL REPRESENTATION

For protection order cases (domestic violence, anti-harassment, etc) we offer full representation (in addition to pro se assistance). This is the traditional attorney-client relationship, where the attorney handles all aspects of the entire case, including but not limited to:

• advising you as to all issues related to the protection order;

• preparing all written materials needed for the protection order case (petitions, motions, replies, etc);

• communicating with the other party / attorney on your behalf;

• appearing on your behalf at the hearing.
